Fleurieu Distillery Single Malt Australian Whisky
Fleurieu Distillery can be found on the Goolwa Wharf near the mouth of the River Murray in South Australia. Owners, Gareth and Angela Andrews, have been passionately refining their craft with numerous small batch releases, coming to the attention of the whisky loving public in 2017 after converting their much applauded brewery into a distillery in 2016.
With their passionate pursuit of producing malts of only the highest quality Fleurieu Distillery have gone onto win an impressive haul of awards, including twice being awarded the Tasting Australia Best Distillery Trophy (2022 and 2023), Best Whisky 2023 from Tasting Australia (Don Quixote single malt whisky), Trophy for Best Single Malt 2023 at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards at Melbourne Royal for Hunting of the Snark single malt, among many many more.
Fleurieu Distillery also have been part of collaborative releases with Black Gate Distillery (From Country to Coast), and with Backwoods Distilling Co and Timboon Railway Shed Distillery (Jumping the Rattler).
